Brad.
Brad founded Hydrology after years as a firefighter and EMT — work built on showing up, staying calm, and doing the job right the first time. He brings that same standard to water treatment: test first, explain plainly, and build the system that actually fits your home. No pressure, no scare tactics.

Office, field and follow-up. Every one of them works for Hydrology — we do not subcontract installs.
Donna runs the office — organized, thorough, and genuinely kind. She handles the documentation, the ordering, and the client updates, and follows through on every one. The reason nothing gets dropped after the sale.
Keith is the one clients rave about. He goes above and beyond to get you into the right system and make sure you’re happy with it. Off the clock: golfing or fishing; on the clock: your satisfaction.
Dre is our well-water guy — iron, sulfur, tannins, bacteria, the works. If your water comes from a well, he tests it, sizes it right, and makes it behave.
The newest on our crew, Andy came from the HVAC world — deep technical chops including UV expertise, and a gift for making it make sense.
Jessica has been part of the Hydrology family from early on. She still helps us part-time on marketing, bringing the same care and creativity our clients know her for.
Liz makes sure our Spanish-speaking clients are taken care of every step of the way — fluent, friendly, and patient, so language is never a barrier.

Puronics whole-home systems, our own Clack-valve builds, reverse osmosis for drinking water, and well systems for iron, sulfur, tannin and bacteria. Every one is sized at the free in-home water test.
