A perk of Platinum Care: we catch it first.
On a routine Platinum Care visit for a couple in Ruskin, we noticed water dripping at the softener’s valve. We traced it to the drive cap assembly, the motor and gears that move the valve through each regeneration, and swapped it on the spot.
