Water treatment for condos
and villas, sized to fit.
Condo water in Sarasota and Manatee County is the same hard, disinfected city water every house gets. You just have less room, a board to approve changes, and a neighbor below. We plan the system around all three and give you the paperwork your association asks for.

What fits
What we install
in condos and villas.
Everything goes inside your unit, after your unit’s own shutoff, so nothing touches shared building lines. See how tankless RO works.
Board approval
The packet your association
usually asks for.
Most condo associations want to see what is going in before work starts. We give you what boards typically ask for, so the approval is a formality instead of a back-and-forth:
- Our certificate of insurance
- The manufacturer spec sheet for the exact system
- A photo of the same system installed
- Where it goes in your unit and where it drains
Condos follow your association’s own rules and documents. If you live in a single-family HOA instead, see HOA approval for a water softener.

“I cannot say enough amazing things about this company and system! We had three companies come out and Hydrology stood out on every level.”
“We’ve had our system now a month and absolutely love it. My wife is a hair beautician with over 30 years of experience and definitely can tell the difference with the water.”
“Wow, I can definitely feel a difference in my hair, skin, and when I wash my hands. I knew getting a water softener was a priority and I’m so glad I decided to go with Hydrology.”

Condo questions
What condo owners
ask us first.
Straight answers before you book.
Can I put a water softener in a condo?
Usually, yes. It goes inside your unit with your association’s approval. Space and the drain are the two things we plan for on the visit.
Do I need my association’s approval?
Most associations require it for anything tied into plumbing. We give you the insurance certificate, spec sheet, photo and placement details they usually ask for.
Will a reverse osmosis system fit under my sink?
A tankless RO unit has no storage tank, so it fits most kitchen sink cabinets that a tank system would not.
What about a building-wide system?
For a whole building, see our commercial water systems. We start with a water test either way.

Have a question?
That’s what we’re here for.
Some people want the free test. Some just want a straight answer. Either way you get the person who installs the systems — we educate, we solve the problem, and we back every answer with third-party testing and the warranty paperwork.
