Savanna is a gated neighborhood of about 475 homes, most of them built in the last few years. New homes are the easiest place to put in a system — there’s no years-old scale in the water heater to work around, and the garage usually has room.
The water is Manatee County’s: 6 to 16 grains hard, disinfected with chloramine. Our usual Savanna install is a softener with carbon ahead of it, plus reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink if you’re buying bottled water now.
We’ve installed in Savanna, and the same local tech who tests your water does the install.
